Summary[]

Parker receives a video call with a live-feed video of Sophie bound to a chair. A garbled voice instructs Parker to steal the Grand Complication Marie Antoinette watch in the next hour. If she doesn’t, Sophie dies. Elsewhere, Astrid also receives a video call with Sophie's live feed. The same garbled voice directs Astrid to stop the theft of the Grand Complication Marie Antoinette watch. If she fails to protect the watch, Sophie dies.

Sophie is revealed to have been kidnapped by Alexandra Bligh, who was manipulating events to pit Parker and Astrid against each other.

Unaware of each other's roles, Parker and Astrid independently infiltrate a lavish Marie Antoinette-themed fundraiser in New Orleans. They both aim to secure the watch and save Sophie. With the partygoers distracted, the two finally come face to face in the vault where the watch is on display. Suddenly, a high-pitched sound causes the watch’s case to shatter. The lights go out for a second, and when they come back on the watch is gone.

Parker climbs up into the vent, with Astrid not far behind, where they end up on the roof. Astrid pulls out a knife she took from catering, and they argue. In the confrontation, someone gets stabbed. Astrid’s phone begins to ring from an unknown caller and picks up, one hand covered in blood. Bligh, voice garbled by a filter, announces that Astris failed because the watch is gone. Astrid insists she can still get the watch and lies, saying Parker is dead.

Sophie tells Bligh to consider who was with when she was kidnapped, revealing Tara Cole. Tara is revealed to have been assisting them all along, unbeknownst to Bligh. Together, the team finds Sophie’s location, goes in to save her, and takes down Bligh to get arrested. Back at their headquarters, Parker and Astrid start reminiscing about past jobs and connect. As Tara drives away, it’s revealed she stole the real watch.

  • Quinn gets mentioned as "in Miami"
  • Parker “admitting” to stealing a Caravaggio is a reference to “The Nigerian Job”. But this time Parker mentions stealing the Caravaggio from the Salerno museum, whereas in the pilot Parker mentions stealing it in Paris, 2003. So either it’s a goof or Parker stole two separate Caravaggios.
  • This episode is similar to "The Girls' Night Out Job" in which Tara also popped up in. The episodes focus on the female members of the team.
  • Parker's map shows: Hardison in Paris, Harry located in Montreal, and Eliot in Karachi.
