Summary[]
With alarms going off at the museum, the Leverage crew is at risk of getting caught, and Breanna can’t turn the alarms off. They run for it before the gates close, but Sophie hesitates, causing her and Eliot to get trapped. Breanna says they’ll have to go to the security control room to override the lockdown to get Sophie and Eliot out. Harry and Parker head to the security room while Breanna goes to steal Dunbar’s override code. Breanna pretends to be press wanting to interview Dunbar to distract him. While taking selfies with him, she steals his phone. Parker and Harry climb through the vents to get to the security room. Once inside the vents, Harry panics and has a break down. Harry’s rustling in the vents distracts the guards, and Parker enters the security room. From there, she overrides the lockdown to free Eliot and Sophie while accessing the security feeds so that Breanna can see how Arthur stole the crown.
Once Sophie and Eliot are free, Astrid finds the crown missing. Astrid calls in more law enforcement which swarms the building. The team agrees to meet in the garage, where Breanna will clear out any cops.
Meanwhile, Astrid meets Arthur, who is working alongside the police.
Eliot and Sophie use a backroom to print off fake IDs. Eliot and Sophie talk, and Eliot says he isn’t redeemable, but he’s come to terms with that and is thankful for the opportunity to be useful.
Breanna finds Arthur had the security feeds wiped of his heist. She goes undercover as “Harriet Wilson, lawyer” to get the cops out of the garage. Eliot and Sophie use fake aliases to get past law enforcement. The team meets in the garage, where Breanna has the food truck ready to drive them away. As Arthur never took the crown out of the museum, Sophie figures it must still be somewhere. Sophie suggests the team find the crown and get Arthur arrested for his crime.
The team goes back in, and Sophie comes face to face with Astrid. Astrid says that she was after Sophie all this time, following her through various her aliases. Sophie then tells Astrid her name. Sophie asks Astrid to give her a chance so that she can deliver the crown and the culprit. Eliot takes Astrid’s gun and ties her up.
Dunbar finds Harry, and Harry tells him that he’s actually FBI. Parker plays an FBI agent alongside Harry, telling Dunbar that they believe there was an inside man. Dunbar offers that they use his badge to track where he’s been as an alibi but finds his badge missing. Breanna concludes that Arthur stole Dunbar’s badge and tracks its location to the Hanover gallery.
Harry uses Dunbar to interrogate the security guards, distracting them from the video feeds. Breanna earlier had drugged the other cops’ drinks, and they all start to fall asleep. The team then makes their way into the gallery and finds the crown in a compartment under the label for the painting with Sophie.
Arthur finds Astrid and frees her, and they catch up to the Leverage crew and arrest them. After the arrest, Arthur returns to the museum, revealing he hid the real crown below its display case. When he turns around, he finds Astrid and Sophie there to arrest him. It’s revealed that Astrid had gone along with the plan and that the team used Leverage International members to pose as police force. Arthur is then arrested.
Sophie and Astrid talk after everything has gone down. Astrid reveals that she wears the diamond Sophie gave her the day before she left as a necklace. Astrid gives the necklace to Sophie to give the diamond back, deciding not to arrest Sophie. Astrid tells Sophie she got a call from section chief James Sterling, promoting her. Sophie and Astrid hug goodbye, and Sophie slips the necklace back into Astrid’s pocket.
Back at the base, Parker tells Harry that she turned down his job offer for him. Harry tries to argue with her, but Parker tells him that he’s a part of their team and he should just accept that he’s a good-bad guy.
Hardison video calls the team to tell them he’s stuck in space. He asks if they can rescue him. The team jokes, pretending that there going to leave Hardison stranded, but then they return to hear his plan.
