When a struggling trucker gets cheated out of his rig close to Christmas, the team plan to take down the siblings who own the trucking company and are ruining their father's legacy.

Summary[]
Ravi is fired from his job at Good Steward Trucking after not showing up for two days after his mother died. Ravi contacts the Leverage team, explaining the company’s deceptive advertising and predatory contracts. Good Steward Trucking was originally owned by Nick Steward, who ran the company honestly and even had a Christmas toy drive. But after his death, his kids took over the company and used it for their own profits.
The crew goes in with Sophie working dispatch, and Eliot on the docks. Sophie wanted to get close to Paige but was forced to work alongside a supervisor, Janice. The team learns that Paige and Luke are attempting to sell the company to YDN, a bigger trucking corporation that buys out smaller companies and will cause the employees to lose their jobs.
Paige wants to be a social media influencer, so Breanna makes it look like she’s gone viral. Sophie then poses as a producer for the reality show, Head Woman in Charge (HWIC), who think Paige is their next star. Parker and Harry come in as a film crew to interview Paige for the show, distracting her from the upcoming performance review.
Luke is left alone for the performance review while Breanna and Eliot sabotage it, and YDN drops Good Steward Trucking. Meanwhile, while Harry is distracting Paige with the interview, Parker breaks into a floor safe to get the actual accounts of the company. While Breanna is going over the numbers, she suspects they might be smuggling, so the team investigates.
Harry and Parker tell Paige she’s been chosen for the reality show, and they will put cameras everywhere. This worries Luke and the man he’s working for, Big Jim.
Meanwhile, Sophie inquires if Janice knows anything about the smuggling, but she seems unaware, till she gets a radio call about a Christmas delivery. Sophie goes after her to see what the delivery is and confronts her. Janice then explains that the shipment was only toys, as she’s been trying to continue Nick’s toy drive tradition in his memory, as she was close with him.
Luke confronts Paige while the team watches on through the cameras they installed. Luke discloses that they’ve been smuggling for Big Jim, the head of the Dixie mafia. Big Jim is worried about the added attention on them as the company is currently holding a shipment of guns for the mafia.
The team then tries to find the container of guns. They realize right as Luke drives off that the guns are in the toy drive truck. Breanna managed to get into the truck, right before Luke locked her in, and drove off. The team goes after Luke to save Breanna. Sophie tells Janice everything, and she helps them. Janice radios other truckers for their help, and two trucks block Luke on the highway, slowing him down. In the truck, Breanna finds the guns under Paige’s custom-made handbags. Parker, Eliot, and Harry catch up to Luke with the food truck, and Eliot jumps onto the shipping truck. Eliot climbs into the front and knocks Luke out, taking over the steering.
Paige sends the mafia’s henchmen after them. The henchmen catch up to Eliot and run him off the road. When they open the truck, they find Luke in the driver’s seat and the police show up. Eliot called the police, saying that the toy drive truck was being hijacked. Breanna, meanwhile, was able to break out of the back of the truck with a science kit and set Paige’s handbags on fire. The smoke alerts the police, and they open the truck, finding the guns.
Paige and Luke are ultimately arrested. The Leverage team delivers toys to the donation. Janice gets management of the company, while Ravi gets his truck back. With one day left till Christmas, the team ultimately decides to spend it together instead of travelling elsewhere.
