Leverage International is the successor to Leverage Consulting & Associates.
Origins[]
Sometime after they separated from Nathan Ford and Sophie Devereaux, the last three members of the team Eliot Spencer, Alec Hardison and Parker would meet several teams who were following in the original leverage team footsteps. The trio would recruit the teams and somehow the original team would become in charge of the group.
Leadership[]
Parker oversees all the crews and acts as a leader or mentor for all of the crews. Hardison is considered the Brains of many of the international teams and chooses their jobs. Sophie also mentioned that Parker had a job she was setting up in Honduras.
Acceptance into Leverage International[]
Leverage seems to accept people who genuinely want to help people. Harry Wilson was a corporate lawyer who used to help bad guys. Jack Hurley was once a target for Leverage himself. Milton Friedlander was formerly an accountant. Breanna Casey was a hacker who was on the run from the FBI. Jenna Monroe and Keith would be offered a position with Leverage International after they proved themselves, but it is unknown if they accepted the offer.
Teams[]
Teams would be created and they would be assigned a city to act out of. Some of the cities include Paris, London, Nigeria, Korea, and Berlin. All teams would answer to Hardison and Parker and would receive their orders from them. They would often use food trucks from Elliots food company in their heists. According to Sophie in "The Turkish Prisoner Job", three different teams are run by a neuroscientist, doctor of philosophy, or a clock maker, though which teams they belong to aren't mentioned.
Leverage International[]
While there are permanent teams who work for Leverage, a lot of workers seemed to not permanently stay in a certain city or with a certain team. Instead they would be moved around to where they were needed. It's unknown where they are stationed, but it seems that they can be easily activated for random jobs. Two unnamed Leverage International workers would help the NOLA crew in "The Turkish Prisoner Job" and then would almost immediately start working on a job in Honduras.
Jack Hurley is one of the international workers, and would act as a grifter for whatever team needed his skills. It's unknown where he lives for most of the time. After his run in with the NOLA crew, Milton Friedlander would join Leverage International. Several crews wanted him to help with their heists, since he had the ability to put people to sleep with his boring, long-winded stories.
