History[]
Fletcher Blackwell is a billionaire who made his money on the back of an opioid crisis. He has a taste for fine art, specifically Rembrandts.[1]
Maxwell was one of the clients Harry worked for under his company’s firm. While working for Maxwell, Harry was finally confronted with the harm he was doing in his job. In retribution, Harry intended to steal Maxwell’s Rembrandt for the Boston Museum of Art. [1]
The Leverage team creates a fake Rembrandt to sell to Maxwell, swapping out all his art pieces in various galleries with fakes to discredit him[1]. Maxwell ultimately goes on the run to Panama to avoid getting arrested. Maxwell also forces Harry out of his job[2].
In Panama, The Leverage team blows up all of Maxwell’s money from his safe.[2]
